Your mission

As Supply Operations Manager Berlin (m/f/d) you will be in charge of one of the largest markets of Bliq. Your mission includes:

Acting as the first point of contact for our growing base of Bliq Ride fleet partners in person, via phone, or by email
Perform outreach to get fleet partners signed up with the Bliq community
Act as an account manager for our local fleet partners to ensure their smooth onboarding and ongoing success
Work with fleet partners to solve any issues that they may have
Work with our product engineering team to provide bug reports & include user feedback from your market in future product releases
Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop an engaging and efficient communication plan. Promote our best features and functionalities, master the sales pitch

Your profile

You deeply care about our drivers and go all-in for them
You have a sales mindset and know what it takes to onboard a fleet partner successfully. Previous experience at Uber, Bolt or FreeNow is a significant plus.
You have worked before with PHV / taxi fleet partners and drivers and understand their needs and wishes, as demonstrated in a prior role an Operations, Customer Service or Community Manager function
Ability to work independently and within a remote team in an effective way
Excellent, verbal and written communication, both in English and German.
Proficiency in common tools like Slack, Microsoft Office 365 etc.
Able to accommodate a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week
Bonus points if you love ride-sharing so much that you're not just a passenger but a driver too!
