We are looking for a Chief of Staff who wants to operate at the center of an ambitious technology company and help turn a bold vision into execution.
You will work directly with the founders across strategy, operations, hiring, fundraising, partnerships, and company building. Your job is not to observe, coordinate from the sidelines, or produce polished presentations without impact. Your job is to identify what matters most, take ownership, and make it happen.
The scope will be broad and will change as the company grows. One week, you may build the operating plan for a new market. The next, you may lead a critical hiring process, prepare an investor discussion, solve an operational bottleneck, or drive a strategic project from a blank page to a measurable result.
This is a demanding role with exceptional exposure, responsibility, and learning. It is designed for someone who wants to accelerate their career by doing difficult, important work alongside the founders.
Responsibilities:
- Turn company priorities into clear plans, owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes
- Lead high-priority strategic and operational projects from problem definition through execution
- Work with the founders on company strategy, fundraising, investor communication, and board preparation
- Build the operating systems that allow Bliq to move quickly without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Identify problems before they become urgent and take responsibility for solving them
- Support expansion into new cities, markets, partnerships, and commercial opportunities
- Drive critical hiring processes and help us raise the talent density of the company
- Prepare decisions through rigorous research, analysis, and direct engagement with the people closest to the problem
- Create accountability across teams and follow through until commitments become results
- Step into important gaps across the business whenever ownership is unclear
- Protect the founders’ time and ensure their attention is focused on the highest-leverage priorities
- Raise the standard for speed, clarity, preparation, and execution across the company
